Chapter 8
Unice’s PoV
“If you don’t answer me now, I’ll kill you now,” Ace said, taking the mm pistol from the table and pointing it at to the man.
“Why are you going to kill him, Ace? It’s better if you just hurt him than if you kill him,” I said to Ace, and he came to a halt as he approached the man who was sitting.
“Do you want me to murder you?” I was surprised and nervous by what Ace said, so I let go of the baseball bat and unzipped the zipper of the jacket I was wearing, and they were all surprised.
“Will you consider my suggestion?” I asked Ace and saw that he was fed up. I wore a white shirt so that they would all be distracted by my body.
“Max, take Unice home; I can’t concentrate, don’t come back here either, watch her, so she doesn’t run away again,” Ace said to Max. Max approached me, and I quickly covered my body with the jacket I was wearing.
“You’ll be in trouble later,” Max said to me as he drew me in, but I resisted.
When we went outside, I was shocked to see Ace shoot the man sitting in the head, and I saw Max open the door of the truck we were driving.
“Ace is not listening to someone like me,” I said, and I’m not sure why I’m sad right now.
“You can’t explain how Ace feels right now because his emotions are mixed, and he quickly loses patience,” Max said as he tapped me on the shoulder.
“Let’s go. Ace might catch up before we leave,” Max said, so I did nothing.
I climbed into the truck and fastened my seat belt; I was silent for the rest of the trip and didn’t say anything. When we arrived at Ace’s house, I immediately removed my seat belt.
“Drink some water first, I know you were surprised by what happened earlier, but you have to get used to Ace killing people,” Max said. I opened the bottle of water and drank it.
“I’ll just let him go; he’s not my boyfriend to order him,” I said to Max as I sat back down on the sofa.
“Are you sure you don’t know?” Max inquires to me.
“I don’t know,” I said to Max while drinking water.
“That Ace likes you,” Max explained to me.
“I can’t believe you said it; I want him to say it himself,” I said to Max, explaining that I didn’t want him to strangle me while Ace loved me.
“It’s up to you as long as I just said it because he told me,” Max said as I threw an empty bottle at him.
“Get out of here, keep an eye outside there,” I said to Max, and he just laughed.
Max left, and I was left here alone, so I took off my jacket and shoes. I was drowsy while waiting for Ace. I fell asleep first; I knew I’d wake up because Ace would wake me up.

“It’s a good thing he has a hackable credit card! We’ll deposit the funds into your account, Ace,” Charlie told me, and I’ll never forget it, that Unice showed her body to a lot of men.
That fucking girl, I’m going to fuck her up big time.
“Ace,” I exclaimed as Charlie touched my shoulder, and I turned to face Charlie.
“I’m sorry, I just wanted to ask if your girlfriend was with you before,” Charlie said to me, and I grabbed the small knife just as I was about to stab him in the neck to stop myself.
“She’s petite, skinny, and cute,” I said, “but she’s not my girlfriend, but I’m obsessed with her,” Charlie laughed, and I became frustrated.
“You want her! Why don’t you inform her? She appears to be willing to accept you,” Charlie told me, but what he was saying was impossible because Unice had seen earlier how I shoot the man we hold as a hostage.
“I guess,” was all I could say to Charlie.
I got on my motorcycle, put on my helmet, and started the engine. I left the base and returned to my house, where I parked my bike on the side and removed my helmet.
I saw Max outside smoking, I approached him, and he stood up.
“Unice let me out here to keep an eye on her; she’s already inside and hasn’t done anything wrong,” Max explained to me.
“You can leave now; I’ll just transfer half the money to your account,” I said to Max, and he nodded.
I went inside the house and went to the kitchen to see if she was there, but Unice wasn’t, so I went to the living room and saw her sleeping soundly.
I approached Unice, and I’ll never forget what she did before, what a brave woman to do that in front of my men. I wanted to strangle Unice whiles she was sleeping, so I approached slowly and would have strangled her. I was surprised when she moved.
Unice opened her eyes because she seemed to sense me, so I took a step back, and she was surprised.
“You’re already here,” Unice said as she stood up and took the jacket I’d lent her.
“What were you thinking that time? Why did you show everyone your body?” I inquired to Unice.
“I thought I could change your mind because you were going to kill that guy,” Unice said to me, and I just smiled.
“You know you’re a lady, so respect your body!” I sighed at Unice, noticing her surprise.
“I’m ready for you to hurt me; I know you’re killing people; just kill me,” Unice said, prompting me to turn around.
“Why would I do such a thing? You don’t have much money to kill you,” I informed Unice.
“Why are you upset that I exposed my body? I know I lost respect for myself earlier, but why are you so upset?” When Unice asked, I remembered what Charlie had told me.
“I’m not sure why,” was all I could say as I exited the living room.
I went to my room and locked the door, but I was stuck in my head because I didn’t know what I was thinking. I’m sure if I tell Unice I like her, she’ll be even more afraid of me because she knows I kill people, but I only kill selectively for money and information.
When I saw that Unice had entered my old room on the monitor, I sat on my bed, and my phone vibrated as I realized the money had joined me. She isn’t my girlfriend, but I became like this to her, pulling my hair and yelling.
I closed my eyes but couldn’t sleep thinking about it, so I got up and left my room, going to the kitchen, where I was surprised to see Unice cooking food.
“Would you like something to eat?” I looked at the wall clock as Unice asked.
It was about 6:00 p. m. and getting late, so I sat in a chair and waited for Unice to finish cooking.
“So you’re going to eat, and you don’t want to talk to me anymore?” Unice inquired to me.
“I’m sorry,” Unice sighed as she placed the rice and the dish in front of me.
Unice gave me water, then took her plate, and she was about to leave when I spoke.
“Why don’t you accompany me? Are you embarrassed because of what happened earlier?” I inquired to Unice.
“I don’t want to think about that,” Unice said, and she walked away, so I took my plate and followed her.
Unice went to the living room, and she was surprised because I followed her, laying my plate low and trim on the table.
“What made you decide to follow me? Do you not wish to eat in the kitchen?” Unice inquired to me.
“I want someone to eat with me,” I told Unice, and I began eating while she sat on the sofa and I sat on the floor.
