Nara Died
“Please save the baby, Doc.”
DEG!
“Kiano!” Yohanes widened his eyes.
Kiano nodded slowly while holding Yohanes’s shoulders to keep from interfering to say anything more. He gave Yohanes the code too as he closed his eyes slowly and opened them again.
“Alright, I’ll do it now.” The doctor entered the delivery room again and started trying to save the two first if he could.
After the doctor left, John still wondered as if asking for Kiano’s explanation. His brow was still furrowed, not understanding Kiano’s thoughts.
“Kiano, are you sure? Nara could have died…” Yoohanes’ sentence was paused because Kiano interrupted him.
“I know, Yohanes.” Kiano said facing the man on the other side of him.
“Nara warned me when she found out she was pregnant. She knew it wouldn’t be long, but she just held on for the sake of the baby. And yesterday she also told me the same thing again that no matter what happens if asked to choose, I have to make this decision. Nara asked me to save the baby herself. She said that she doesn’t want anything after this, Gifer doesn’t love her at all, so she also told me to take care of the baby.” Kiano explained. Yohanes nodded several times. The frown on his forehead disappeared because all his questions had been answered by Kiano.
“Geez… poor Nara.” Yohanes said with a face that was no less sad than Kiano’s.Content provided by NôvelDrama.Org.
“Yes, she is indeed a poor girl. Even though she’s been bad, she’s actually a fragile girl.” Kiano said

A sweet man still in his office suit was now at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Sitting on one of the park benches and looking at the scenery there. Yes, that man is Gifer who is still waiting for Belvina to return to Jakarta. Gifer was alone because he didn’t want anyone to know about him who was waiting for his ex-girlfriend. Even though his ex-girlfriend wanted to meet him again or not.
“I will often visit here every afternoon after coming home from work, Vina. I still love you very much, I also miss you very much.” Gifer said bowing his head briefly, then facing the sky while smiling.
“But if you’re not coming back, on my 31st birthday in the near future, then I’ll choose not to get married until the end.” Gifer continued. Gifer’s smile began to fade, swept away by the wind that was increasingly blowing through his extremely fine black hair.

Today, Belvina was promoting the clothes she was selling through live on her social media. The girl excitedly showed off some of the patterns and shapes of the clothes that attracted buyers on the online platform. Her mother who saw her was happy because Belvina is indeed a very persistent girl at work. Every day, the girl is always consistent. Even what Belvina has in mind now is only work, work, and work. That’s the best way to move on for Belvina. The live was over, Belvina went back to arranging the clothes that her mother came to bring a cup of warm cappuccino so that her daughter would be more enthusiastic in working.
“Here, mom brought a warm cappuccino and some snacks.” The mother said. Belvina smiled, her eyes focused on the tray brought by her mother.
“Wow, this looks delicious. Thank you, dear mom.” Belvina said hugging her mother for a while and sipping her mother’s cappuccino.
“Vin, there’s your friend in front.” Belvina frowned.
“Who, Mom?”
“You’ll see for yourself.” Belvina immediately walked to the front porch of her house where there were already benches and tables for guests. She approached the girl who was currently standing behind her with her black hair short to her neck.
“Who is it?” Asked Belvina. The girl turned her head and immediately surprised Belvina while covering her mouth with both hands.
“Anggi? Oh my, who did I think it was?” The one whose name was called smiled.
“Hehehehe, is my new hairstyle good?”
“It’s good, but… it’s just weird.”
“I miss you, you never come to Pati anymore, so I’ll just come here.” Anggi said while holding both of Belvina’s hands.
“Wait a minute, sit here first.” Belvina said, leading Anggi towards the opposite bench because there was a table blocking them.
“What’s wrong?”
“Vin, when are we going to Jakarta again?
“What do you mean? I’ll never go back to Jakarta again. It’s too painful for me.” Belvina immediately changed her expression when Anggi talked about Jakarta.
“Don’t be like that, Vin. It’s not entirely Gifer’s fault either.”
“How much did he pay you to go to such lengths to defend him?” Asked Belvina while raising one eyebrow and a flat lip. A sign that the girl did not like it when Anggi talked about the past.
“That’s not it, Vin…”
“Never mind, if you’re only here to talk about Gifer, just go home.” Belvina said and then stood with her back to Anggi. Anggi also stood up and tried to convince Belvina.
“Vin, remember when we first came to Jakarta, Gifer was the answer to all the prayers you prayed at that time at Monas. And now after getting him so easily you want to let him go like that?” Belvina bit her lower lip and closed her eyes, holding back the tears that forced their way out of her eyes. But to no avail, the tears still came out and soaked her right cheek. She quickly wiped it away.
“I don’t care about that prayer anymore. If God is just, why did God allow Gifer to touch Nara’s body that night? I don’t care anymore, all men are the same, just relying on lust.” After saying that, Belvina immediately went inside the house. Closing the door tightly and turning her back to it, she tried to cry again.
“Hiks.. hiks.. hiks..”

The next day, in the morning, Gifer received a call from someone while having breakfast with Haris.
Tring~~
“Hello? Who is this?”
“Gif, can we meet for a moment? Yes, just for a moment.” Gifer clearly recognized that voice, the deep voice of Nara’s brother Kiano.
“I’m busy, no time just to argue with you.”
“It’s about your son, Nara already gave birth to him.” As if he couldn’t bear it, Gifer finally obeyed what the person on the other side of the phone said.
“Alright, let’s meet on the front porch of my apartment.” After that Gifer hung up the phone. Haris, who was curious, asked.
“Who, Gif?”
“Kiano.”
“Why is that man calling so early in the morning?”
“I don’t know, he said Nara gave birth.”
“Then it’s about your and Nara’s child, right?”
“Yes, I think so.”
.
Kiano was already on the front porch of Gifer’s apartment holding a tiny baby who didn’t want to fall asleep yet. Not waiting long, Gifer came out and met him on the terrace.
“What’s wrong? Hurry up and tell me, I don’t want to linger.” Gifer said.
“I just want to give this to you.” Kiano handed a letter with a light blue envelope to Gifer.
“Nara passed away due to an internal illness. Before Nara died, she gave this letter to me so I could give it to you.” Gifer received the letter.
“Ah, I’m sorry for your loss. Yes, I’ll read the letter later, okay?”
“Oh yeah, and this… you don’t want to just see your son?” Kiano asked. Gifer raised both eyebrows and blinked his eyes. He gulped roughly and tried to look at the baby in Kiano’s arms.
“It’s a girl, and her face looks a lot like yours.” Kiano said.
“Very pretty.” Gifer said with a slight smile.
“I’ve taken care of all the transfers in Jakarta, if you want to visit her, you can meet her at my house.” Kiano said.
“I don’t know if I’ll be able to see her or not, it all depends on time. I need time to accept everything, I’m sorry.”
“No problem, I understand that.” Kiano said and after that Kiano went home.
