Yesseca drank as told.

Then, Preslie led Yesseca into the bedroom and tucked her in. "Alright, Yesseca. Have a good rest."

Yesseca sat on the bed.

Seeing that Preslie was about to leave, Yesseca suddenly said, "Preslie."

Preslie stopped and looked back. "Is there anything else you need?"

Yesseca sniffled, "Thank you."

Preslie did not question her after such a thing happened and even took care of her and asked her not to think too much.

She was glad to have such a good friend.

"You don't need to thank me. We're best friends, aren't we?" Preslie said, "Don't think too much and sleep well. We have much to do tomorrow. Don't forget we're going to work our way to become big CEOs!"

Yesseca's formally depressed mood disappeared a little from Prelie's joke.

She said, "Hey, do you think what I just said was too much?"

Preslie's expression was solemn. "I've heard of a saying. Those who had not experienced what others had could never ask them to be forgiving. Plus, I saw how sad you were back then. I will support you no matter what you do."

Her words warmed Yesseca's heart.

Yesseca murmured, "Thank you so much."

Preslie returned to her bedroom.

Lying on the bed, she couldn't fall asleep.

She thought of the previous scene.

Back when Yesseca was speaking to Tremaine.

To be honest, she did pity Tremaine a little.

He was being so lowly in front of Yesseca when he was the president of Nashaland.

So what?

It was just like what she had told Yesseca earlier. She had no right to ask Yesseca to be forgiving because she had not experienced Yesseca's suffering.

Preslie closed his eyes.

She didn't want to think about it and sleep.

Anyway, all she wanted to do was support Yesseca in what she did.

Just as Preslie closed her eyes, her phone rang.

It was a call from Sheldon.

She answered the phone. "Mr. Hawi."

"Is Yesseca there?" Sheldon did not sound very good.

"She's sleeping. What's wrong?"

He was too mad to hold back his anger in front of her. "Don't you think Yesseca went too far and said such things to Tremaine? She doesn't know how much does he cares about her!"

"He never paid much attention to his appearance, but he got a professional stylist to style him and wore clothes he would never wear just to see her!"

"And he had been happy the whole way to Agaphen City, thinking she forgave him. But not that it was not true, but she said even more hurtful things. Did she even think about what he would feel?!"

Sheldon didn't want to make such a call as he had no right to judge what Yesseca would say. However, Tremaine spat blood and was sent to the hospital, so he couldn't hold back anymore.

On the other side, Preslie felt uncomfortable when she heard Sheldon's accusation of Yesseca.

Yesseca was her best friend and her benefactor. How could she hear him talk sh*t about Yesseca?

Preslie couldn't help but say, "Mr. Hawi, why don't you ask Tremaine if he ever thought about Yesseca's feelings?!"
