"That's all. I'm hanging up. But before I go, I want you to know I still see you as a good friend. If you view me as a good friend as well, then please respect my wishes and leave Yesseca alone!"

Preslie had hung up.
Sheldon, who still had his phone in his hand, had a very conflicted look on his face.
At the Quartley Palace.
The whole place was empty.
No one knew why the entire building had become deserted.
Madam Quartley who was looking around the Quartley Palace, felt her heart sink.
She couldn't help but imagine if Zorion's child was here in the Quartley Palace, things would be much more lively.
Things would be very different, if they had a baby in the house, laughing and crying.
Madam Quartley's heart began to ache as she thought of this.
She really wanted to see her great-grandson.
Twenty minutes later, Madam Quartley arrived at the villa Ruth was staying in.
She had originally planned to take the baby away from Ruth.
But that plan had been delayed because of the incident with Qiana.
For the time being, Ruth was allowed to take care of the baby.
When Madam Quartley had arrived, Ruth was breast-feeding the baby.
Madam Quartley doted on her great-grandson. Afraid of disturbing her great-grandson's feeding time, she chose to wait outside until they were done.
While she waited, she called one of the servants who were taking care of Ruth and asked how the baby had been doing.
The servant said that the child was growing very well.
Ruth's breast milk was very good for the baby, it was growing well and putting on a lot of weight.
Madam Quartley was overjoyed with this news.
The servant then said, "Miss
Welmert is a very good mother. She
may look very healthy or have a lot
of breast milk, but she makes an effort to eat so that her body can produce more. She would even eat greasy foods if she had to. There was a moment where she had vomited out the food, but then quickly continued eating it after that."
"Is that so?" Madam Quartley looked very conflicted.
"That's right." The servant was singing praises of Ruth. "Miss Welmert dotes on the child very much. Whenever she had the baby with her, she would hold on to it` tightly If any of us asked to hold the baby, she would refuse, she insisted that she had to hold the baby all the time."
Upon hearing this, Madam Quartley had no idea what to say. All she did was sigh and said, "Ruth is a very good mother indeed."
Regardless of what she had said to Ruth before, she had to admit, as a mother, Ruth was impeccable.
After the child finished drinking it's milk, Madam Quartley walked in.
Seeing her walk in, Ruth greeted her respectfully, "Madam Quartley."
She nodded at her.
For some reason before this, Madam Quartley always disliked Ruth whenever she saw her around the Quartley Palace. But now though, she saw her in a much nicer light.
After she walked over to Ruth's side and picked up the baby.
This baby had inherited all of the Quartley family genes. The baby had large eyes, thick eyebrows and very handsome features. There wasn't a single flaw on its face.
The moment Madam Quartley held the baby in her arms, the baby smiled.
It's smile melted Madam Quartley's heart.
Madam Quartley began playing with the baby. It kept giggling the entire time.
Soon, the baby's laughter filled the entire villa.
It sounded warm and heartwarming.
Anyone who heard it, naturally felt happier.
Madam Quartley played and fussed with the baby for a few hours until the baby started to feel sleepy.
After she returned to the Quartley Palace, Madam Quartley began to think about the baby's laughter. She began to feel very lonely at the Quartley Palace.
If only the baby stayed here in the Quartley Palace.
Then the place wouldn't feel so desolate and lonely.
Madam Quartley felt that she had to discuss this with Tremaine right away.
