Chapter 10 Innocence
Chapter 10 Innocence
People were looking at each other.
Laura's eyes fell on Angel's face, shocked.
Daisy stared at the woman in front of her. She took a deep breath. “You -- you -- you are Angel
Duncan?”
Angel nodded, tilted her head lovingly. “Yes, long time no see! Do you forget remember?”
She looked pretty and lovely, but to Daisy's eyes, it was clear that she looked like an idiot.
“What are you doing here?” Daisy's face darkened and her voice became harsh.
No matter what, she could let this idiot lose the face of Duncan family!
As she spoke, she reached out for Angel's arm.
Angel took her step back. “I came with aunt.”
Daisy's face became dark.
She now wished that Angel would disappear.
What an idiot!
Daisy only felt her heart rise a group of nameless fire. They hadn’t met for several years, and she had
forgotten the existence of this idiot!
Laura standing behind felt relived. This idiot did not change at all. Without Belle, she seemed to live
well.
Daisy was in a bad mood.
Belle, it was a pity you could not see it.
Gracie didn't want Angel to die.
She hurried forward and put herself between them. “Oh, are you two really sisters? So you have a
elder sister, Daisy?”
Gracie turned to Angel. “Angel, right? Are you really Daisy's elder sister? How come I haven't seen you
before?”
Angel nodded with a smile. “Yes! I'm seven months older than Daisy.”
Daisy was angry.
“You! Get out of here now!” Daisy pointed at Angel and shouted at her. Ccontent © exclusive by Nô/vel(D)ra/ma.Org.
Angel looked a little blank. She didn't seem to understand what Daisy was talking about.
Out of patience, Daisy reached out and pushed Angel.
Angel seemed to be taken aback by her sister, and flinched back.
Daisy, on the other hand, leaned forward as she pushed, smashing straight into the dessert counter in
front of her.
With clatter, Daisy in a very strange position lied on the dessert table, knocked over the cups and
plates.
Her delicate pink dress became miserable with drinks on it.
Angel, on the other hand, was pushed back by Daisy. Before she could get her footing, she was held
by a large powerful hand.
“Look out!” A low alcohol voice rang in her ear.
Angel steadied herself and dodged the hand. She raised her eyes in astonishment, and met a pair of
deep eyes. Angel's eyes turned cold, as if the blood drained from her body.
The man obviously did not expect that. He was stunned and then looked at her.
“Ah --” screamed Daisy.
Laura and others hurriedly helped her up.
Everyone could see that it was Daisy who had thrown herself on the dessert table and could not even
say a word to help her.
It was not easy for her to stand firm on the twelfth centimeter high heels. She looked down and saw
that her expensive dress was completely changed.
She was trembling with anger and her eyes were burning with fire.
“Angel, you did it on purpose!” It was clearly Angel who pulled her off balance.
She pointed at Angel and slapped her in the face.
But she was seized by a powerful hand, “Miss! Whatever the reason, you're not supposed to hit anyone
in here!”
The voice was low, but cold.
When Daisy was stunned, her hand was thrown away.
Standing in front of them was a slim man in a black suit. He looked at the arrogant Daisy coldly,
frowning.
Daisy's eyes flinched.
Jason Foster!
