The Daring Billionaire’s Wife by Lypstical

Chapter 140

Vanessa

Dominic can try to convince me all he wants that he feels absolutely nothing for Carmella, but I still don't believe it. I'm not even sure if he'll ever completely feel nothing for her as time goes on but right now, I'm only sure of one thing. I don't want him to put me down. The harder he presses me against the wall, the harder his tongue penetrates my mouth with more passion.

I don't know what got into him for him to do this. We might just be locking lips right now, but there's a longing in his touch and the way his lips feel on mine that I've never felt before and it only fuels my desire for him even more.

It's been a while since I felt him this way, which is why I try so hard not to smile against his lips.

As his hands roam around my thighs, he presses his fingertips against one side and it makes me part my lips with a gasp, but he quickly muffles it with another dominant kiss.

Just so I can tighten my grip around him, I wrap my legs around his waist and his hands rest on my ass, right where I want them to be.

I've thought of this a few times because lately, he's been looking so desirable to me and he's all I want right now.

Suddenly, I hear the sound of slippers from a distance, bringing me back to the reality that we're doing all this right by the door.

Just as he quickly puts me down, I feel his hard cock rub against my thigh. Our eyes lock and he bites his lip, making my pussy twitch.

My heart still races faster than usual and so does his, as his shoulders rise and fall rapidly.

"I really should go now," he says, his breath heavy as he puts on the jacket that was hanging over his shoulder.

I nod as I fix my hair. "Yeah, we'll talk later."

He nods back at me, glancing down at my bust area before making his way out the door.

Even as he walks away, I stand right in the doorway, still trying to calm down from what just happened between us.

It's only when he turns at the corner that he's out of sight and I cover my mouth with a giggle, realizing just how much I wanted him to touch me that I forgot where we were, and it seemed he didn't care either.

I turn around to get back inside the house and just as I close the door, Mia approaches me.

"Hey, Dominic just left," I say to her.

She raises her eyebrows. "I thought he left a while ago."

"No, he left just now."

"And I can see why!" She chuckles, wiggling her eyebrows at me.

"What are you talking about?"

"Look at how red and messy your glossy lips are and don't even get me started on these hard nipples!"

My eyes widen and I cover my chest, running away from her.

She follows right behind me but I don't stop in my tracks until I'm all the way up in my bedroom. I shut the door and lean against it, sliding down the door as I begin to wonder. Had Dominic and I not been disturbed, would we have gone all the way?

It takes me about thirty minutes to compose myself and once I'm ready to face Mia again, we binge watch another show and one that I've been looking forward to watching.

However, I barely pay attention as I can still feel Dominic's lips on mine, his warm breath, his hands on my thighs, my nipples rubbing against his toned chest. It all constantly comes back to me and I can already feel myself getting wet again.

Right in the middle of a dramatic scene that captures my attention, my phone vibrates next to me and my first thought is that it's a message from Dominic. I instantly blush at the thought of it.

"I can't wait to be in love the way you are," Mia teases me. "Without even looking at the phone, you're already blushing this much!"

"Shut up," I say to her as I reach for my phone.

As soon as I look at the notification, my smile fades and I narrow my eyes.

"It's not him. It's Patrick."

"Ugh! That piece of shit!" She turns to face me more. "Why do you still have his number? I don't like this at all. Just forget about him because he doesn't deserve anything. You only need your husband, who was so sweet that he came all this way to apologize to you and make things right."

I sigh. "You're right."

"Good, Now block his ass!"

"I'll do it in a minute."

"Why not now?"

"I need to talk to him one last time."

"Are you kidding me?"

"I have to do this."

While dialing Patrick's number, I take a deep breath, my heart already racing at how uncomfortable he's been making me.

"Vanessa, I didn't think you'd call me," he says with relief from the other end of the line. "Can we meet up sometime and talk?"

"You and I have nothing to talk about after what happened."

He sighs. "I guess it still bothers you but there's something you should know, I'm still not sorry that I did what I did. I just had to tell you the way I felt."

"You're unbelievable." I shake my head. "Even now, you're just the same."

"Because I have no regrets and I don't care what anyone else says or thinks, not even you."

"And this is exactly why I'm never speaking to you again."Exclusive © content by N(ô)ve/l/Drama.Org.

"What?" He raises his voice in shock.

"I'm blocking you right now."

"Shit!" He panics. "Vanessa, wait-"

I grunt in irritation, ending the call and blocking his number. This was the last thing I wanted to do, but I can't deal with him anymore. And I guess I'll never know why he was so bold to do this and keep acting so nonchalant about it.

Dominic

Frank's been at my home for at least ten minutes now and he and I have barely spoken about anything as I video chat with Carmella.

It's too soon to show her just how much she irritates me. The last thing I want is for her to run to the gossip sites or end up posting the truth herself. Sitting at the mini bar with Frank, I glance at him a few times while he sips some whiskey. He makes these faces that poke fun at me and he can tell just how much I hate what I'm doing right now with her but he doesn't care.

"So, what are you doing today since you left work early?" she asks, tucking her hair behind her ear.

"I want to go to the orphanage and the hospital. I'm just not sure which one I should go to first because-"

"Babe, spare me the details." She rolls her eyes.

I instantly tighten the grip on my glass, channeling all my anger into it. She's once again reminding me just how much things have changed between us.

Just so I don't lash out at her, I decide to end the call.

"I have to go. I have some important documents to work on until later, so I'll be the one to call you."

"Okay, babe. I love you."

I hesitate when responding and Frank covers his mouth to muffle his giggle, as if wondering what I'll do.

I smile at her and say, "I love you too."

I squeeze the glass in my other hand again, wishing I didn't have to say it back.

She chuckles, then flirtatiously waves at me.

After the call ends, I slide my phone across the counter with a sigh of relief.

"Well, you looked like you were going to die!" Frank snickers.

"Shut the fuck up." I drink from my glass. "I really need to find another way because I can't do this shit."

"You can't do this with the woman you love?"

I shoot him a glare. "You know things have changed."

"Yeah, but still, you can't tell me you feel absolutely nothing for her."

"I don't know what I feel, but it's not like before. She only irritates me. That's why even touching her felt wrong but when I touched Vanessa yesterday, it didn't feel that way."

The thought of it makes me lick my lips because I know that if not for Mia, I would've fucked Vanessa right there until she came all over my cock. While Frank and I continue to drink, I hear familiar voices and laughter getting louder, making me furrow my eyebrows.

"That sounds like Vanessa and Mia." I rise to my feet, wondering if I'm hearing correctly, so I head over to the living room and Frank walks right beside me.

"Why do you seem so surprised?" he asks.

"Vanessa was supposed to tell me when she would get back in town, but I guess she chose not to do it."

We get to the living room and there they are, sitting right on the couch with their shopping bags spread out while they share all the things that they bought.

"Hey, babe," Vanessa says to me with a smile, then waves at Frank. "Hey."

"Hey." Frank's voice is barely above a whisper and I look over at him, wondering why he sounds so low but it all becomes clear when I look at the expression in his eyes that are fixed on Mia and I already know what he's thinking.

"Hi," she says to him, waving her hand in a way that she's never waved at me.

Vanessa looks at me with a shrug and it seems we're both thinking the same thing.

As Vanessa explains to me why she chose not to tell me she was already on her way back, Frank and Mia can't stop glancing at each other and it's quite amusing to see both of them like this.

"Well, I should get going now," Mia says, glancing at Frank with a smile.

"I'll drop her off and then I'll be back." Vanessa leads the way to the door and my gaze drops to the rest of her figure, her short dress clinging to her body fueling my imagination.

It's only when Frank clears his throat that I snap out of it. I look over at him and he's looking right at Mia as she walks out of the door. Before she's out of sight, she looks back at us, but more at him as she waves.

"Bye!" She flips her hair.

Frank immediately raises his hand to wave back.

After she closes the door, I smack his shoulder and say, "Take it easy there, tiger."

"The last time I saw Mia was at the wedding and damn, she's sexy as fuck. If I can't have Vanessa, I'll have her instead."

"Don't you dare say that again," I warn him, my tone threatening in a way that shocks even me, especially when I clench my fist. "Whoa! I was just kidding."

"I know you weren't, but I'll let it slide."

Frank's joke ruins the rest of our time together and I just want him to leave so I can get ready to spend time with the children.

While still thinking about it, Vanessa walks in. I don't turn my head to face her as I can see her in the mirror. Her side profile is in full view as she puts down her handbag and I'm still trying so hard not to get aroused by what happened yesterday.

"Do you want to come with me to the orphanage and children's hospital?" With my eyes fixed on her ass, I don't realize what I just said to her until a few seconds later. I guess it'll be my little secret that for a moment there, I wasn't thinking with my head but something else.

"Oh..." She chuckles, pleasantly surprised that I asked her that. "You'll have to wait for me to freshen up."

Since I already asked, there's no coming back from it. "Fine, but don't take two hours."

"Come on. It's not like I'll actually take that long." She chuckles, but suddenly turns serious. "Hey, I need to ask you something."

"What is it?"

"Did you use protection with Carmella?"
