For a time, he had Dickson on the defensive, forcing him to retreat repeatedly.

However, despite Dipsy's strong initial performance, he lacked endurance.

Eventually, Dickson found an opening and sent him flying with a powerful strike from his spear.

The subsequent matches were also thrilling. The Infernal Gate had sent a representative who was defeated by the Divine's Goddess, Armina Parker.

In the Divine, "Goddess" was a title bestowed upon the most exceptional young women in their ranks.

Each faction took turns sending their fighters into the arena, and soon it was time for Phaedra Island to select their next contestant.

All eyes turned to Sebastian.

"I'm not avoiding it. I plan to save myself for the final round. Jeremiah is still available. Let him go first," ,"Sebastian said in a calm and confident tone.

Edwin was annoyed, but there was nothing he could do if Sebastian refused to fight. He had no choice but to send his son into the arena.

Jeremiah was indeed strong, but his opponent was even stronger. It was Elsa from the Infernal Gate. In less than 20 moves, Elsa froze Jeremiah into an ice sculpture with a single

move.

The following matches were equally intense. Cassandra and Jeremiah both fought in two more rounds.

Jeremiah's luck was particularly unfortunate. After losing to Elsa in his first match, he went on to lose to the Everlight's Dickson and then to the Divine's Goddess, Armina.

They were merely awarding slots to four winners. So with three losses, he was eliminated, becoming the first contestant to be knocked out of the tournament.

Before each of her matches, Sebastian would infuse her with a surge of spiritual energy, allowing her to win all three of her initial battles. This brought great joy to the Phaedra Island contingent.

However, in her fourth match, Cassandra had to face Armina. Despite the boost from Sebastian's spiritual energy, Cassandra was ultimately defeated by Armina's superior skill. Meanwhile, the Three Great Immortal Sects also saw some of their fighters eliminated.

Out of the original 12 contestants, only eight remained.

Cassandra later faced Elsa and Dickson in consecutive matches, and she lost both times.
