Chapter 513
Chapter 513
The heads of the four major families of Phaedra Island all sighed in disappointment.
Since the Four Great Immortal Sects were taking turns sending out their fighters, it wasn't long before it was Phaedra Island's turn again.
Dickson glanced at Edwin and the others. "Is Phaedra Island planning to forfeit?"
Edwin and the other leaders remained silent at this. Their strongest fighters, Jeremiah and Cassandra, had both been eliminated. The only one left was "Flynn", who didn't even have the courage to fight.
Sending him up would only be an embarrassment.
Bellamy added, "Heads of the families, if you don't send someone to fight soon, we'll consider it a forfeit."
"We..."
"Hold on!"
Just as Edwin was about to concede, Sebastian interrupted, stretching lazily as he stood up.
"I'm still here. Why give up now?"
"Flynn, forget it. You're no match for him," Bradley cautioned.
"You haven't even seen me fight, so how do you know that?" Sebastian retorted as he strode confidently toward Dickson.
Many from Phaedra Island sighed in resignation, harboring no hope whatsoever. If even the likes of Jeremiah and Cassandra had lost, what chance did Flynn have? Stepping into the ring would be asking for a beating.
Dickson watched Sebastian approach with a playful smile curling at the corners of his lips." You didn't even have the guts to fight earlier, and now you dare come up and face me? Are you mad? Do you want me to loosen up those bones for you?"
Sebastian chuckled softly. "It wasn't about fear earlier. It's just that there's no need to use a sledgehammer to crack a nut. But since my teammates couldn't get the job done, I suppose I'll have to step in early."
"This guy's too arrogant. He's basically saying Dickson, a cardinal bishop, is just a nut, while he's the sledgehammer. How cocky!"
"Phaedra Island's strongest are Jeremiah and Cassandra, and they weren't a match for Dickson. This guy's just making a fool of himself."
Members of the Everlight began to sneer, treating Sebastian as nothing more than a clown seeking attention.
Dickson was furious from his mocking. He sneered coldly and said, "I was planning to just rough you up a bit. But since you're so arrogant and full of yourself, and dared to insult me, I'll make sure you pay a heavy price."
Sebastian's lips curled into a disdainful smile. "In my eyes, you're just an ant. I could crush you with a flick of my finger!"
"This lowly boy from the Dragotha is too much! Dickson, kill him already!"
"Such outrageous boasting. I bet he won't last more than ten moves before Dickson has him begging on his knees!"
"You're giving him too much credit. I'll be impressed if he lasts three moves!"
The Everlight members were furious. Many were shouting for Dickson to kill Sebastian.
Even the people of Phaedra Island thought Flynn was blowing his own horn too much. The more arrogant he was now, the more pathetic he'd be later.
Dickson sneered. "You hear that? Everyone thinks you're just grandstanding, biting off more than you can chew."
Sebastian smirked. "They're just a bunch of ants. What do they know?"
"Unbelievable! This guy has the nerve to call us ants! I'm fuming!"
The Everlight members were livid. They were practically seething with rage.
They wanted to rush the stage and beat Sebastian senseless to teach him a lesson.NôvelDrama.Org (C) content.
Dickson was about to explode with anger. "Brat, if I don't make you beg on your knees, I'll take your last name!"
"Please don't. I'm not even married yet. If I had a son your age, especially a foreigner, people would laugh at me. It'd ruin my chances of finding a wife," Sebastian quipped.
"You bastard! I'm going to kill you!"
Dickson couldn't hold back any longer.
He raised his spear and thrust it toward Sebastian with lightning speed, aiming to pierce through everything in its path.
